It's Nice to Be Back!

Whew! After a long hiatus, I've finally taken some time off to write in here. So much has happened since November of last year. Well, my sister has gotten married last April 2 and it was nothing short of spectacular. Haha! Let me tell you, they had tons of photographers that day and if you have seen them, you'd think that my sister and my brother-in-law were celebrities being hounded by paparazzi!

Anyway, congratulations and best wishes to the newlyweds are in order. As for me, I have a new job. It's so new that I haven't even started yet. Haha! And I owe it all to Him. Really. I find it humbling to be blessed so much and I felt that it was even a miracle at all that I passed.

I'm posting here a prayer to the Holy Spirit as well as a Novena of Confidence to the Sacred Heart of Jesus because I found these two prayers to be really effective when you want something badly from God:

Holy Spirit, Thou who make me see everything and show me the way to reach my ideal. Thou who give the divine gift to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me and who are in all instances of my life with me. I, in this short dialogue, want to thank You for everything and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from You no matter how great the material desires may be. I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your perpetual glory. Amen.

(Person must pray for 3 consecutive days without stating one's wish. After the 3rd day, your wish will be granted no matter how difficult it may be. Promise to publish this, as soon as your favor has been granted.)

Novena of Confidence to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
(This novena is made every hour for nine consecutive hours on the same day or it may be made once every day for nine consecutive days.)

O Jesus, You have said: "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you," by the intercession of Mary, Your Holy Mother, I call on You, I seek from You and beg of You to listen favorably to my request.

(Mention your petition)

O Jesus, You have said: "Whatever you ask My Father in My name, He will give you," I humbly and fervently beg from Your Heavenly Father in Your name and, through the intercession of Your Most Holy Mother Mary, to grant me the favor I am asking.

(Mention your petition)

O Jesus, You have said: "Heaven and earth shall pass away by but My words will never pass away," through the intercession of Mary, Your Most Holy Mother, I am most firmly confident that my petition will be granted.

My Jesus, Lord of my soul, You promised that Your Divine Heart would be the Ocean of Mercy for the needy who trust in You, I firmly believe that You can grant to me what I am asking even if it would require a miracle to do it. Where should I go knocking but at the door of Your heart? "Blessed are they who hope in You."

O Jesus, I confide to Your Heart.
(this pain, that soul, this intention)

Look at it and do what Your Heart dictates. Let Your Heart act accordingly.
O Jesus, I count on You. I confide in You. I surrender and consecrate myself to You. I feel secure in You.

(Say One Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be to the Father)

Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You
(Repeat ten times with great fervor.)

O good Jesus, You have said: "If you wish to please Me, confide in Me. If you wish to please Me more, trust in Me all the more. If you wish to please Me immensely, have an immense trust in Me." Increase my confidence in You. Let me put all my trust in You. In You, O Lord, let me not be confounded forever. Amen.

I want to share these two prayers to everyone who needs God's help and believe me, He does listen.
